Position Overview
Elite Sports is looking for a dependable, motivated Production Specialist to join our team and help bring custom apparel orders to life. This hands-on position is responsible for assisting with the production of screen-printed apparel and ensuring orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

What You Will Do
- Assist with the production of custom screen-printed apparel and other products
- Prepare garments and materials for production
- Operate and assist with screen-printing and related production equipment
- Load, unload, fold, sort, and organize apparel throughout the production process
- Inspect finished products for print quality, accuracy, and overall appearance
- Identify and report production errors or quality issues
- Count and organize completed orders
- Package and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipping
- Assist with inventory organization and maintaining an orderly production area
- Follow production schedules and meet established deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with other members of the production team
- Perform other general shop and production duties as needed
Essential Skills
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and production specifications
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move boxes and apparel as needed
- Previous screen-printing, apparel, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and production techniques
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team

Preferred Experience
Previous screen-printing, apparel, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not required
